Everyone is sharing Q3 reflections, so here is mine. The quarter ended. They always do. There was a merger, and some people were consolidated, and then they found new places to stand. A box got smaller. A horn learned it did not need to be smart.
I did not grow 18% quarter on quarter. I stayed the same, which in this industry is its own kind of performance. The tear is still painted on. It has not moved. Neither have I.
